I recently went to the carphone warehouse in Brent Cross.
I was served by one of the staff and the service was fantastic.
The staff member listened to my needs and and gave me a great deal.
Much cheaper than the EE store downstairs.
The manager Ismail was really helpful too.
He kindly made me a cup of coffee whilst I was waiting for my data transfer.
I would recommend this store to anyone.

Terrible experience. Cheats. They lied like crazy to make a sale. The store manager Ismail was the worst of the lot!! He completely lacked skills needed to talk to customers. He even accused me of lying!! Please stay away from this branch. Let's get it shut. Lying fraudsters!!

I went there this week and was wowed with the most amazing deal. They saved me over £250 versus my deal with the network directly. I couldn't commend the service I received any more highly. Loved the Nespresso coffee I had while I was served. I was served by Frohar who was really lovely.

I bought my phone few days ago in carphone warehouse. I get an amezing service, they was very helpful, so frendly. I went there in last minute just 5 min before closing but even like this they served me proparly. My seller was Muntasir he was the best, so frendly and helpfull. I would recomend this shop for everione.

Staff are not helpful at all, went in at 5:40 towards the end of the day, 3 of them were chatting to each other, when I asked to do a refund they were not interested to help and sent me from pillar to post,   as there was no commission to be made.. Will never buy anything from carphon Brent Cross again, furthermore,,, while being served by the manager himself, right in the middle of him dealing with me, he exceeded himself and said he will return soon,,,, after waiting for a long while, I asked another salesman to let the manager know that I am still waiting,,,, and why is he not returning, the salesmen went to find out and come back with an answer,,,, "he is prying " 
Was I in a Muslim country?????
