Got a voucher on Wednesday morning for a FREE Tall Latte at Starbucks Northbound Services - thought this was great! However, had to travel back the other way down the M1, so went into the Starbucks on the Southbound Services and presented my voucher. Response? "Sorry but you have to go to the other Starbucks over the footbridge." WTF - and a great lesson into how to turn a happy customer into a not so happy one!!!
