Nipped in to collect some books I'd ordered and paid for using click & collect. I was quickly and effectively served with my order. The shop is small compared with some Waterstones I've been in but it has a good range of stock given that limitation. The Staff were enthusiastic, polite, helpful and friendly when dealing with my enquiries.
