I came in here briefly to buy a copy of "Pacific Rim." I needed an approval from a staff member to buy it. So I wait...and wait...and wait some more until 2 minutes have passed and no staff member has come over to tend to my needs. Such apathy is unacceptable and the staff quality here needs to be urgently improved.

One of the biggest branches of WHSmiths I think I've visited. Has a huge range, plus a bunch of stuff left over from Christmas that's littering the aisles a bit. Huge range of magazines but curiously missing the exact two I was after. The layout of the store is a little confusing.
