Very good branch of Waterstones that is quite well-stocked and large-- my order was available for click and collect from this store within a few hours of my placing it, and I was able to pick-up with no hassle.

A big variation of staff knowledge and attitudes. Some parts of the store have a lot of books still not put on shelves by staff which makes some areas look messy.
