Every Comic Book store should get a 5 , just for the good feeling you get when you visit one . And this one is awesome also .
Kingston needs a good comic book shop but this isnt it. All of the staff are incredibly rude and arrogant, they only care about one thing and that is upselling the expensive hardback trades when people just want to browse the singles. The atmosphere is always terrible and usually the shop is empty because people want to leave so quickly. Very disappointing as the location is good and there is a strong desire for comics in the Kingston area. Save your money and go to GOSH! Comics in central london the staff at least leave you to browse and the selection is much better. Id also recommended reading the other one star reviews as they echo my experience.
Always a nice atmosphere and love visiting the shop when I’m down at Kingston. Recently I just had a nice conversation about comics and Marvel shows so it has very open people here. Very much worth a visiting.
The Comic book store in Kingston has many ways of making your experience feel warm and welcoming. Whenever I visit there are some avid readers from the comic world - even if you have a wealth of knowledge or a beginner they are more than happy to share their thrill. Great comics, friendly staff and a fab place to visit.

This is a totally untrustworthy store. I ordered incentives and when the store realized they were increasing in value, the order was canceled due to damages. But instead of replacing them with good copies, the store put them back up for sale at a later date for a higher price. On top of that, the store responded to my inquiries with a nasty message. Do not trust this store to be honest with their customers.
Limited space, no anti-bac to use and asked not to touch anything coz of current climate. How do you browse a comic book store without touching when they are all rammed in. Second visit and last time was pre covid. Proprietor is a touch rude.
Chris is one of the staff there at Piranha and he is super friendly and helpful. He was there to recommend and inform me of the best comics since I am a beginner. The shop is small but has a nice selection of comics and hardbacks. Would recommend to any comic book fans.
Excellent little comic store,just off Kingstons main drag. Spacious,tidy and well organised with a good selection of current issues and a good selection of trade paperbacks too. Standing order service also available. Recommended
The staff are awesome. They know about comics exceedingly well and are very very friendly. They have put ample effort into making this such a nice and warm comic book shop. The variety of comics is terrific and they even have great collectibles all at a great price. I go to Pirahana almost once every week and it is my favourite comic book shop. They are the greatest and I hope they keep up the great work.
