Just bought a meal deal from your vending machine- only got the coffee. Sandwich and bag of crisps dropped but the hatch does not open. No telephone number to call on. Hospital staff say they can't help. Been in hospital 6 hours without food and drink and now this! Extremely poor. £4.50 gone. No food. People in emergency department/urgent care rely on your machine so unacceptable. EDIT; went to see the shop staff afternoon , someone had gone and emptied the tray in vending machine, the door did not open to me. The guy from shop says " I can't do anything " No money back no new sandwich. Abhorrent customer service. Was rolling his eyes to me like I would be lying. I was in hospital for 8 hours without food and he surely could see the transactions or if not believe that no one makes such an effort to come back and lie about something like this!
The best place to buy some needy stuff or even if you want to quince your thirst. They do have some energy drinks too and all types off bites
I have just visited this store in the hospital to get a paper to read on my journey home. I picked up a guardian and turned a couple of pages to see what stories it was reporting when I noticed the I paper so I replaced the guardian and picked up the I and had a quick. flick through in the same manner. I decided to buy a Guardian and repaced the I. Just then the sales assistant and up Behind me and told me the paper was not for reading in a rather rude sort of way. I decided not to buy a paper from this store after all.
It was located in the hospital foyer and therefore only adequate for visitors needs
Good selection of items a little bit Pricey though
Extremely overpriced dont think it should be allowed especially on hospital premises
Overpriced but it’s not like there’s a nearby alternative.
West Middlesex captive clientele to expensive bye be four you arrive if you can.
Expensive but at least reasonable variety.
