With mostly restaurants and coffee shops in Twickenham, great to have a bookshop with good selection of books. It looks small from the outside, but are bigger inside.
Great book store with odd seating corners within the store. Great view from the top floor of the store
When I think about it, the most important aspect to a bookstore is not just about the books that are in the selection, it’s about feeling comfortable and feeling at home. And this branch of Waterstones definitely has this vibe and good selection as well. Also, I would like to recognize Florence who was friendly and kind in her welcoming and dealings with all customers including myself.
Rebecca was great at helping me find the right books! I asked her what i was looking for and she recommended similar books of that genre. Great service!
Lovely little Waterstones, that's bigger on the inside than you'd expect. The staff are all super friendly, one even remembered my book order from a phone call! Their window displays are also always fun, interesting and liven up the Twickenham highstreet
Small and cute, well organised bookshop. I was served, today by really caring and lovely lady, whom helped me to take buggy up the stairs and showed me the range of books I was searching for. Though they didn’t have what I was looking for musical children’s book Twinkle Star & Wheels on the bus I purchased few other items and the book, Assistant recommended, because She was interested to help us. Thank you, very happy with experience. When I went to the book shop across the road, was opposite experience sad and lonely place!
Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member helped me yesterday find a book suitable for a present for someone. I had already ordered and paid for a couple of books to pick up at the till, which was done with ease. This store is in a very handy location and has a big selection of books. Ordering online for collection from here was a delight. The staff are all amazing.
Not quite to the super friendly and eager to welcome customer experience as other branches of Waterstones are known for. However when there was a problem with my payment card I was allowed to repeat my transaction. Managed to purchase the book I wanted and have it in my possession both faster and at lower cost than the infamous South American online retailer so a great personal achievement. Thank you.
Waterstones bookshops are great, especially for student reading lists from the local university at St Mary's.
Just went in to browse , but the staff particularly the woman I spoke to was so helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic that I bought the book I was interested in as a Christmas present. Could have bought it cheaper online, but the pleasure of dealing face to face far outweighed the money I could have saved.
