Sad to see this branch is closing, the staff were very helpful during the Christmas period in helping me choose some last minute gifts. I wish them all the best in 2023
Awful service by a manager who was rude and very off-putting. Even though we purchased some items, she still continued to be rude. Very sad as I'm a big user of their products. I'll be shopping at Bath store as they are very good. The manager I'm talking about is in the picture below. Very rude, not just to me but the young girl she was training. An awful experience. if the picture is allowed. I'm happy to be contacted to discuss this issue as it should be addressed
When you need coffee or tea and are particular in quality then this is the place to go. A wide range of coffees both fresh and prepacked. Ground to your preference. The shop team care about coffee and tea in equal measures. A wide range both in price and taste. Sometimes they have tasters.

Super friendly and nice staff! Gave us tea to try out with cookies to nibble on. Ended up buying way too much tea but it was so worth it. One of my favourite brands.

Great customer experience, very lovely and knowledgeable staff. They helped us pick out the best tea by providing us with a range of facts about each one and giving us their own suggestions. It's the store I always keep on going back to and am never disappointed with my experience.
Stumbled upon the shop by chance, having enjoyed their tea for a fair while and being an online customer...so a physical store a short walk from home was pleasantly surprising. Prices match the website so you aren't paying extra for shopping in a brick and mortar shop and the young lass serving was most helpful and pleasant as well as making some recommendations for my next trip into the shop. Sadly the HUGE caddies behind the till aren't for sale which is a shame
I popped in here to grab some flavoured coffee as I am trying to cut back on calorie filled flavoured lattes! The store is nice and bright and well stocked. It was tidy and you can clearly see what it is you want to get. Plenty of flavours here to choose from. It smells lovely too,lots of lovely tea aromas. I was served by a young man who was friendly and found him to be very pleasant and welcoming.
