The store itself is a quaint little store attached to a larger store and can be a little hard to find should you not know where it is. Its always clean and tidy and the displays are colourful and appealing. In my experience there is always a "taster" pot of tea or coffee so your always welcome to try something new, which to me is fantastic as sometimes I only want to try a sample before buying a whole caddy of loose tea. The staff know what they are talking about and are very attentive. They are always willing to have a general chat about the products and never come across pushy in terms of sales. My only con is that generally it is a small store and I am not sure they have the entire range Whittards offers.
The products are a bit expensive, but they are good quality and well packaged - the sort that would make nice gifts. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Nasons has closed. Has Whittard moved and if so where? I always buy Christmas presents from there.
Brilliant helpful staff! Gorgeous products as per Whittard and lots of teas to try.
Standard Whittard fare. The shop is on the smaller side, but the staff is great.
