I really look forward to the time I can spend at The White Space Studio. It's a real treat and I always leave feeling peaceful. The environment is friendly, warm and welcoming. You're greeting by low lighting, candles and a smile! It's a no phone zone, which is brilliant - you get some proper you time with no distractions. There's a large range of classes at different times, which is great if you can't attend your regular class, there's plenty of alternatives to choose from. All of the teachers are lovely and there's a good range of types of teaching style, so you're bound to find a class that suits you! Highly recommend.

As soon as I walk through the door I feel at home. Warm and welcoming staff always greet you with a smile. I leave feeling uplifted and energised with a clearer mind. Finding WS two years ago was the best thing that could have happened to me! Thank you Whitespace!!

Love the atmosphere here. Teachers are always so knowledgeable and brilliant. Favourite studio in MK by far!

Have been doing the mindfulness sessions here, and I love it! It's such a cute, cosy environment and the teachers and staff are all wonderful!

It's like coming home - every time you step through the door you are met by the warmth and openness of the amazing staff. Those feelings of comfort you'd associate with stepping through the front door of your own home. Whitespace is a home from home and even after your first visit you know it's something special and that your family had grown - everyone you meet shares and contributes to your experience; the teacher, the front desk yogis, other students and all the friend you make!
