I recently used Action Physiotherapy after being diagnosed with a 'frozen shoulder'. I can't thank Wayne enough, and the treatments were worth every penny. After a thorough consultation a recovery plan was recommended, the pain was reduced and the mobility gradually returned to normal after a series of treatments and gentle exercises. I would thoroughly recommend Action Physiotherapy's services to anyone looking for a highly skilled Physio.

I started seeing Annelies with Achilles Tendinitis because I had had it for over a year or more and it was getting worse not better. I had seen a Physiotherapist at the Red Cross Clinic who had given me exercises but it was not improving at all so my husband suggested I went to see Annelies. One of the first things she discovered was I was over-exercising it and causing it to become inflamed. Over a few weeks she did some acupuncture and gave me some other stretches and I can honestly say it is virtually gone. I would highly recommend both Annelies and Wayne.
