On a wet Wednesday, what else would you do. Fab fish and chips in lovely surroundings. Staff were great and on the ball. Just an absolutely brilliant find. An hour and half drive from us but so worth it. We will be back.
The chips were lovely , I had the large sausage which was amazing however I dont belive there was an option for battered. But it had an amazing atmosphiere and fraindly staff. Would recomend if traveling through or around hornsea as it is perfect for lunch or even chippy tea. The prices were rather cheap £3.30 for a regular portion so cheaper side of the market and just over £2 for a small portion and £1.20 for a small sausage and £1.60 for a large but the ammount of additional sausage you get for 40p is more than expected. Highky recomended.
Restraint and takeaway. The restaurant is very well done out and very clean. The service is excellent with a relaxed and not rushed atmosphere. Large portion size, the fish and chips were not greasy and good quality. Large pot of tea or coffee with the fish and chips. Card payments are accepted. Booking is probably recommended at peak times.
This is one of the best fish and chips restaurants I've been to. The portions are a nice size. The menu has a good variety. The place is clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and give very good service.
After some time finally we got to test this place as they hold some awards so time to visit. Went there with family and with such great expectations decided to use restaurant and we were almost amazed. Food was great and such tasty fish we cleared our plates and enjoyed it so well. But this could of been such a tragedy as entering restaurant saw 2/3 of place empty yet staff asked for booking and then let us waiting feeling unwelcome and pretty sure to leave as with such empty place they couldn't decide whether to allow us to spend some cash. Luckily someone allowed us to seat. Food is definitely super tasty but staff got some homework to do.nOverall well worth the visit as option for either restaurant or takeaway.
