Located in the quaint village of Thorngumbald, close to Hedon in the East Riding of Yorkshire is the newly refurbished Camerton. A traditional village pub offering customers a warm and friendly welcome combined with freshly prepared homecooked food and real hospitality.

Went for a birthday meal here yesterday. Place was busy but not packed at half 6. Good choice of food on the menu, mostly the usual pub offerings but quality was better than average. Main disappointment was the chips and onion rings which were quite greasy and the brownie which was overcooked, but otherwise everything else was spot on. Usual selection of lagers etc but very happy to see Theakstons Best on hand pull and at £3 a pint is cheaper than places in Hull centre.

Fantastic food enormous portions cooked to perfection. Brilliant service very helpful couldnt do enough for us looking forward to eating jere again definetly 5 star food and service.

Made time to find us a table, serve drink to the table and was very well looked after. As we have kids this is great. Food/drink is brilliant highly recommend! Give it a try!

Service excellent. Food good. Could've been slightly hotter and prefer crispier roast potatoes.

Food good, service good, price of food on the top side for what it is. Having said that it was very nice. Staff are fantastic. Really friendly and pleasant. Down side is the price of drinks. I.E. kids fruit shoot 1.60. 16oz lemonade 2.50. 16oz pepsi 2.50. Half of cordial for a child .80p pint of Guinness 3.90. Glass of rose 5.50. Cmon guys bit heavy them prices. Beware of table service. You dont realise how expensive the drinks are until you get the bill then its too late. A great night spoiled by the feeling of being a little ripped off with the drink prices. Having said that we will go again because the atmosphere,food and staff where excellent. Will just have one drink next time.
