Incompetent staff. Reception literally makes you pay for their own mistakes. Doctors treat your mounth like its a car engine. i still have some pain problems in some of my tooths, gums are still bleeding even if i do what i was told to do. Last time gum problem was not even addressed after i mentioned it and left the place with worse tooth condition then i came.

Practice is a welcoming 1, they relax U, as soon as U go through the door. I've had no problems with them at all!

I have had treatment done with Joanna recently and can say that she has been fantastic. I was nervous etc but she has put me at ease. And the assistant is lovely as well.. I don't know her name unfortunately but I'm very pleased with the treatment. And reception staff are lovely.

Can’t thank the surgery enough for getting my abscess sorted. Was in complete agony over the weekend and they did everything in their power to see me quickly, despite the enormous pressures they are under post COVID. Extremely grateful to Dr Mackinson in particular and looking forward to enjoying some gelato in Italy next week!

I rang whiteabbey dental surgery out of hours this morning as I have a very painful abscess. I recieved a call back from Allister and he asked me to come up to the surgery so he could access the abscess. He was so lovely and very professional and couldn't do enough to help me. Thank you so much Allister for your kindness and for seeing me so promptly.

I rang the out of hours service as I was experiencing wisdom tooth pain during the weekend. The service Whiteabbey Dental Practice provided was unbelievable. I got a call back within 10 minutes, and the dentist arranged to meet me outside the practice at a time that suited due to COVID, provided me with a prescription, and arranged a follow up checkup early in the week. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly also - I couldn't recommend this dental practice enough!

Receptionist was extremely rude. Been suffering an abecess all over the weekend finally got an appointment for 2 o'clock today. That was fine. My face is getting worse with swelling that I can hardly see so I phoned back to see if someone could see me sooner! Her reply was you'll be alright untill 2. I have been in extreme agony and I don't think she fully understands that I'm not OK.

Fantastic staff from reception to the dental team. You are made to feel at ease .... I really struggle with anxiety over the dentist but finding this dentist has completly changed the dentist visit for me

Had to get a wisdom tooth out and Dr Thompson was fantastic. Explained everything in detail and they had a great system in place for Covid-19. Felt very safe. The assistant was lovely and friendly too. Would highly recommend.

Great dental practice, been here many years…Ian and all his staff are always attentive and understanding, and the reception staff always eager to help. Keep up the good work folks!
