Highly recommend this dentist, my husband is the client and I phoned to get him some help, both Helen and Theresa were excellent even though they were short staffed they both took the time to speak with me and help. Excellent customer service aswell as professional service.
This receptionists and dentist at this surgery are both friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend them.
Same as others here, shockingly bad customer service. It states on their website currently accepting new clients, I rang to register my little boy and was quite rudely told it would be July at the earliest before they would be accepting anyone new. The receptionist has a vile attitude and should perhaps reconsider working in a role dealing with people given her inflated sense of importance. Please don't bother with the usual response of asking me to ring to discuss. I would rather remove my own tooth with rusty pliers than give these people business.
My daughter uses this dentist and suffers health anxiety. They are so kind , caring and helpful with her so I joined .Went for my first visit today . Well Fiona where have you been all my life . You are simply the best dentist ever. Fiona makes you feel at ease and she is so gentle . Just an all round lovely girl and excellent dentist .. Very welcoming surgery.. Thank you . Like a couple of other people have suggested, basically got turned away when asking if it was possible to register with them as I have just moved to the area. I have pretty bad wisdom tooth pain and need to get seen to pretty sharp but was turned away and told to call back in July. Really disappointing as have seen great things about this practice and even have family that come here as well.
Excellent Dental Practice. Very professional and friendly staff. Reassuring and relaxed atmosphere. Appointment text message reminders which are so handy. Teresa the dentist who looks after my family is super friendly and extremely professional. She is extremely patient and very gentle. I would highly recommend this family friendly practice to anyone. Lynda, the practice manager and indeed all the reception staff are most accommodating and helpful. Thank you all for looking after our family so well
Having avoided the dentist for so many years i admitted defeat from dental pain. I was recommended Bupa Dental Care Glengormley from family members and friends who attended this practice. I can highly recommend this dentist again.The girls on reception were fantastic. Fiona my new dentist has giving me the confidence to attend this dentist again through her excellent communication her friendlies her workmanship and professionalism also the dental nurse Emma was excellent in her work, polite, nice nature and smiling the same as the dentist ,would recommend this practice 5 stars all the way.
As an adult with a fear of the Dentist from my early years I can honestly say this practice has changed my whole experience, no longer do I put off making appointments or going for treatment. From you are greeted with a smile from the lovely reception team to sitting in that once dreaded chair of Teresa my Dentist, I now feel relaxed and reassured due to their professional approach. Highly recommend to anyone young or old

Despite being 20 miles away from home, I can thoroughly recommend this dentist! The clear pricing structure is great. Helen on reception has been fantastic from start to finish. Fiona, my new dentist has reestablished my faith through excellent communication, the height of professionalism and providing descriptive answers to my many procedural questions. Her workmanship is that to be proud of!
After years of being petrified of going to the dentist, I've been going here for about 10 years. Fiona is beyond amazing. She is so caring and really makes you feel comfortable under her care. My 3 kids actually look forward to going to see her! Couldn't rate her and the service from all that work there highly enough
