We went to Leeds for a look around as we had never been here before and we were in the area. We shop regularly at White Stuff in our local shop. when we are out and about if we see a shop we will go in. So we popped in intending to buy. My husband doesn’t like shopping for his clothes but will happily browse, choose a couple of shirts with a waistcoat. I thought happy days. He will get a few bits for our upcoming holiday. He came and found me whilst I was browsing saying there wasn’t much choice. I went back with him he was right very poor choice for him. Went went to Harrogate a few months back . there he bought quite a few pieces and was very pleased. Neither of us purchased anything leaving today disappointed. On a trip to Stamford we left spending between us £300. Here the lady spent time finding out what he liked . In Leeds shop We were greeted but weren’t approached at all even though we had been on the shop at least half an hour trying to find something to buy.
Lovely, friendly staff who are so helpful and accomodating. Nothing is too much for them where customers are concerned and I always receive a very warm welcome whether I am shopping or just browsing and feel more like a friend than a customer.Have been a White Stuff customer for many years and can honestly say that this is the best branch I have visited for customer experience........well done to Erin &Lisa
