Vivienne Westwood

First time to the Westwood in Leeds. My wife and I have previously visited the shops in London and Manchester where the staff can certainly seem offish as other people have said. Not so in Leeds where Gaynor and her colleague in the red beret apologies I didn't get your name could not have been more friendly and helpful, they demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about the history of the brand and on merchandise they were selling. Will definitely return.

Great products and usually great service but the woman who dealt with us today was rude abrupt and just rubbish to put it plainly. Acting like she is above the customers is disgusting. Went in to get a present for someone and the way she doesn't with it made me want to leave and I wish I had when I saw the state of the way she threw everything in to the bag when I got home. Absolutely disgusting service! I'll go to the one in Manchester instead or Harveys next door this place doesn't deserve custom after this visit.

A purse I paid £165 for should not be fading in places when it’s not an every day purse. Vivienne Westwood have said it’s wear and tear and the shocking thing is they went by pictures rather than seeing the product. I disagree it’s wear and tear as it’s not an every day purse and feel like I have been robbed and fobbed off. I should have paid £1.65 instead £165. Even a purse from the pound shop would probably last longer

Went in this store Sunday 30 October.. was quite shocked to see the lady that was serving us had "mother f....r"on the back of the hat she was wearing... I thought this was up market store.. it would be interesting to hear the store manager's opinion on this and why they allow it..it certainly isn't what you would expect

Visited on Monday 27th to exchange a Xmas gift my son bought me , the lady who served me was so helpful and patient, I don't know her name but she had white mascara on which looked ace by the way!!

Was gifted some earrings from here but they were too big for me. I didn’t even have to try them on to know that. We went back to the store the same day and they wouldn’t let us return them due to hygiene reasons which is understandable BUT when they were being purchased he did say to them I think they’re too big for her because she’s a small person and I’ll come back once I’ve shown her and return them if they’re not the right size. The people working Eve is on the receipt didn’t think to mention anything then when making a big purchase. I didn’t even wear them. Disappointing and poor effort on the staffs behalf which is sad as we have purchased items from Vivienne Westwood before.

Poor customer service got served the wrong pair of if earrings by grace and then the assistant manager refused to take liability and in a arrogant tone said it was up to us at the time to check. She gave me an email for a Carol who is the Customer service assistant for the region. He didn't even grace me with a reply. Contacted the website said it is nothing to do with them they deal only with online enquiries. Feeling robbed, will safely say I will not be shopping there again

I'm not a 'reviewer' but as I have read a few reviews regarding the attitude of the staff I felt I must post my own experience... I visited the store for some Christmas presents and although it was busy all the staff had smiles and were very helpful... My daughter fell in love with a jacket but as we were all shopping together I couldn't buy it that day, I just called the shop directly the next morning and spoke to a fabulous girl think her name was Molly who was so helpful... Gift wrapped and post out for next day delivery, what more could you want! Merry Christmas to you all at the Leeds store and a big thank you!!!

I am walked into the Leeds store this afternoon and a man with a scar on his head - possibly a bouncer, stopped my husband and I from entering by suggesting there was nothing in the shop suitable for me and barred the way. I am a retired professional person and have bought Vivienne Westwood around the world and have never been treated in this way before. He gave me the impression that I was too old. We left the store never to return again.

I am a regular at this store and although I do sometimes agree that certain members of staff can be rude I think that the rest make up for them. I always shop with certain members of staff who are incredibly helpful and can’t do enough for me or my parents! The shop is always immaculate and if they don’t have the items you require they will always try to locate them for you! If you are into westwood I highly recommend this store x
