Visited the store a couple of days ago to do some last minute Christmas shopping for my wife and kids, the store was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. One of the sales member named Asim provided great assistance and help me find products which I had found online but wanted to see in store. He was patient and had a friendly demeanour. Overall I had a great experience shopping here. :

Very poor service , the previous manager was great and very helpful smiled and chatty. The current manager stubborn and won't refund or exchange even if you got a receipt on top they accuse you of wearing the clothes! Customer service training required for some staff at this store . Won't be going to this store anymore !

Like this shop clothes are usually good quality and the bags. It has a good layout an clean and tidy. Had a good sale on an bought some trousers. Staff were friendly and polite.

Staff extremely friendly, came here on 27th December, so fairly busy and when staff would prefer to be at home for Christmas, but they were polite and helped look for stock in my size.

Its a nice shop unfortunately they only cater to smaller sizes the bags n shoes loving them and the kids department was amazing

Really helpful lady who advised us is buying suits for a wedding next month

Had some confusion over a gift card and the young man that dealt with me was very concerned about making sure I got everything I needed and was so polite. He really did all he could to resolve the situation and within a few minutes he gave me all the information I needed and made sure I was happy before I left!! I wish Id gotten his name because he deserve a shout out.

Went in Just for a look will be back in before Christmas for some sparkling clothing lots to have a go at
