We visited the showroom for the first time today and not only was this the biggest showroom of garden furniture we have found but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were treated with a drink and a chocolate which was a lovely touch to make you feel special. My thanks and appreciation go to Nicol who went out of her way to help us, she is truly a credit to the company. Neil the store manager also helped us and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture, we can’t wait for our sofas to arrive!
I couldn’t be happier with my new vogue outdoor furniture! James and Adam from the Wickford Branch were brilliant, showing me the different models and set ups. Furniture is very good quality and well worth the price, should last ten+ years. Very easy to set up. I won’t be shopping anywhere else in the future. Thankyou!
Excellent service at this store by Lolu when we visited last weekend. He was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He demonstrated products but also left us alone with thinking time, which was great. The order went smoothly and we already have our garden furniture delivered and now in use in our garden only 5 days later. Would definitely go there again.
Neil has been extremely helpful and knowledgable which made pur experience so much easier and pleasurable. Great customer service and we will definitely recommend it all to our friends and family.
Following lots of time looking for our new Garden furniture we came across White Stores. A trip down to there Essex Show room we was greeted with Prosecco and Chocolates which was a nice touch.nThe showroom is huge with so much choice.nVery impressive layout with all the staff we spoke to accommodating and knowledgeable.nnWe met Adam who spent time with us so we could make the right choice and discussed options as we wanted a smaller table than the one in the set.nnWould recommend going to see them 100%nnWe should receive our order in the next 10 days so will follow up again then
