Stunning dresses, good location, accessible parking in customer car park so all round potential to be amazing ....... girls in the shop were pleasant but I don’t feel I got the overall bridal experience........I’ve been four times now and never once been offered a glass of water, let alone champagne and nibbles - I went in to try the sample dress after having my hair and make up trail to see whether that hair style was the one I wanted with the dress. During the appointment and with no prior knowledge I was actually put into my dress which had arrived early. I wasn’t even told it was in, let alone that I was in it or even about to be put in my dress (what should have been an exciting opportunity to bring my friends to see my dress was not a fun experience as should have been - more so because I need to loose weight to get into it which is my doing so no blame on serena for this aspect however I would have liked the opportunity to bring someone with me knowing my dress was in for what was really my first fitting - at least I expected to be told my dress was there before it was actually on me). It was only when I asked why the dress had a strange odour that I told I it was new dress odour which I then asked naievely why they had changed their sample dress for a new one and was informed that it was in fact my dress). I just feel that there could have been that little extra. Even when I went with my bridesmaid we weren’t offered a drink and we felt rushed, however another girl choosing her dress was getting that five star champagne experience. I feel maybe “less considered” because I have seen that customer experience is offered to others. I recently lost my mum so it’s hard anyway going in to try on the dress she chose with me (whilst I acknowledge serena didn’t and don’t know about this I still feel that little personal touch may have made the experience less upsetting).......... however stunning dresses and otherwise pleasant staff but just missing that little bit extra to take then from good to outstanding..........despite my experience I would recommend Serena as I’ve seen others get that added experience x

Had the best experience at Serena Bridal from start to finish. The ladies are so helpful and really know their stuff. I ordered my dress last year and had my fittings in June, where they went out of their way to make sure my dress was perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Have already taken two friends here to get their dresses as I know they'll be in the best hands!! Thank you xxxx

We went Saturday to get our Daughters wedding dress well I dont know what to say the wedding dresses were beautiful the staff you couldnt wish for better and the person who owns it was so so helpfull oour Daughter has tried on dresses before but the second one she tried she had thank so much Serena bridals xx

I saw this shop on Don't tell the Bride and thought that's just round the corner from me, I'm getting married next year and the dresses looked lovely on the programme.  I didn't have an appointment when I went so couldn't try on any dresses (didn't think I'd need one for a shop on an industrial estate that backs onto the railway line). They were nice enough and said it was okay if I looked around. To be fair some dresses were really nice good quality but not being funny there were loads that didn't come close to the ones a couple of my friends have got from China on eBay - even though this shop cost three times more for the same dress.  My friend bought a dress on eBay that was identical to one  we saw. I didn't book an appointment in the end but the shops maybe a good option to anyone who wants to try on dresses so you know which size you need to get from China on eBay.

Less than a 1 never have I been anywhere with such bad customer service!
Ordered my dress 4 sizes too big, ordered the bridesmaids dresses to big then wouldn't do anything about it! Ordered my flower girl dresses with 18 months to go and when the time came they didn't have the correct sizes or colour! They were not sorry gave me a little off alterations to my dress they ordered to big!! 2 weeks before the wedding cancelled my dress fitting! Will never be going back!!
