We offer a postage service on all items

Please allow 5 working to recieve your item,
We send all parcels first class recorded signed for and also track all items if necessary

Refund & Exchange
We only refund or exchange with a valid reciept within 7 days of purchase
Or on deliveries 7 days of item being recieved, all items must be returned as to how they were bought ie must have no signs of being worn and must still have label intact, we do not Exchange or Refund on any sale items also no exchange or refund on any swimwear
Management have the right to refuse refund or exchange if thought any of above do not apply

STYLING
Hayley owner of 2Dam Glam Boutique offers a styling service free of charge and not compulsory to buy anything at the end of session, this is wether it's for a event or just wanting a new look to a new waldrobe, we do this service to make women feel good about them self and build confidence
Hayley has styled on many tv shows and many celebrities like Xfactor contestants also contestants on hit TV show take me out, This morning, playboy models, reality tv shows and lots more
All you need to do is book a session 1 week in advance and hayley will spend 1 hour with you in store trying on lots different outfits and colours and you may even be surprised by trying on something you would never try and feel great!!

EVENTS
2Dam Glam Boutique put on a event twice a year at the ivory rooms in billericay where we bring all popular companies, beauty and treatments together to make a fabulous night!, we have over 30 stalls selling and offering treatments who are the best around, it's a night of glamour laughs pampering and treating yourself Our event brings in over 600 ladies from all over Essex and makes it one of the best ladies nights around, so keep eye out for future event dates which are announced on Facebook x

SALE
We love our sales at 2Dam Glam Boutique!
As we have new stock every week one Friday every month we have a sale called FLASHSALE this is where we sell the one off bits left at cost or even cheaper #BARGIN, we upload all items in album called flash sale we do this so it's fair that customers that do not live in Essex still get to experience our sale it works on first come first serve basis we can not hold sale items!! You can either phone and pay and we can send with a postage charge or you can collect, the flash sale only lasts that day and items go back to normal price following day,.. its great to grab a BARGIN !

Our other sale we do 4 times a year is called our champagne sale we normally hold this sale on a evening where everything in store goes on sale and whilst ur browsing you get a glass of bubbly :) perfect evening for any women
