Absolutely shocking. The customer service from the receptionists is terrible, they take forever to answer the phone. I was first in the queue for a good 20 minutes. Once before college, I called them and was left on hold for 40 minutes (making me late) I decided to walk down to the surgery and of course they were sat making cups of tea and talking about their evenings the night before!! Something seriously needs to be changed. Currently working full time now, they're impossible to speak to, and can't seem to get a grasp that some people need to see a doctor after 5pm!! Horrendous.

I think the reception staff should learn to listen......rather than talk over you and 'dismiss' what you are saying. They lost my prescription told me that I would have to come back and see a GP as there was no record of it; which is great if I didn't have to take time off and wait for an appointment that can fit around everything! Now I have to mess around arranging another appointment due to no fault of my own. I was also told 2 different stories. Oh and technology is not always correct, which is where the listening part comes in.

GREAT SERVICE POLITE AND HELPFUL, HOWEVER THE RECEPTION STAFF COULD DO WITH HAVING THE STICKS REMOVED FROM THEIR BACKSIDES
