I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful my experience here was from start to finish. The entire team is warm and welcoming; the treatments are divine; I left feeling better than ever. Highly recommend.
Very bad facial experience, rude and bad room not luxury at all. My friend helped me to post this, because they might revenge due to clients’ bad comments. Compare with other shop, they are definitely over price. So only one suggestion: Don’t go!!! Waste your money and time. Not luxury experience.
Superb treatments with incredible Valmont products. Been coming here for about 10 years. Always leave looking 12 years old. They're very generous with time and products and so loyal to their clients.
This is the first time that I made a purchase via this website. I used to study in UK, so I know this is a very well known beauty salon. Fast delivery to Melbourne, Australia and quick response from the staff working there. PLUS, when I received the parcel this morning, I was shocked! Full of surprises! From my own perspective, this is the best shopping experience in my life, and I will continue shopping with White Room Beauty!
Had the MOST wonderful massage and facial this week. Technically brilliant - the Valmont facial was really thorough and my face still feels incredible 3 days later. I’ll Defo be going back as it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. Massage was an excellent compliment and they both wove together well so my body was soo relaxed and my knots dissolved. Sleek salon, well located and staff couldn’t have been more lovely. Also sometimes I find the beauty industry lives on another planet but we could have proper conversations. The bedding is super luxurious and I felt like I’d been really pampered in two hours! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Walk into tranquility and luxury at the White Room. I had an amazing Valmont facial but also a fabulous experience, from slipping between a fluffy duvet and electric blanket to a relaxing facial including a neck and shoulder, hand and arm massage to the final result of illuminating skin. The staff here are welcoming and truly make your visit special. Love you Hannah!

I had a wonderful experience at the White Room at the beginning of July when I went for a facial. The salon was incredibly welcome and clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. The facial itself was thorough and I really felt that the extraction cleared out all of my pores and detoxed my skin entirely whilst not feeling too harsh and chemically focussed. I would thoroughly recommend the White Room to my friends and family and will definitely be returning as my skin still feels refreshed.
Really poor products and service ever experienced! If you express your unsatisfied and refund to them, they will slander you and curse you in an unimaginable way. If you want to buy Valmont, there are many stores have them. You can buy from others. If you want to live longer, please stay way with them and their products. Right now, i have all their slander emails on record, if they not issue me refund after I mail out, I will post all their emails, my orders, usps return receipt here!
