Good variety of things on display but definitely aimed at tourist so a little tacky. Not bad overall and worth a visit.

Could not disagree more than the previous review... Knowing what I wanted to purchase, this website offered a compelling price. Easy to navigate, easy to place my order. The communication from the site detailed every step of the transaction and the goods were exactly as specified, being delivered the very next day. I don't give reviews lightly, however the service received was excellent and could not have gone smoother - Thank-you

I tried on a garment I liked whilst out walking but was not carrying enough money so I checked the shop opening times and saw that I would be able to visit after work one day as they were open until 5.30pm. On arriving at the shop at 5,24pm an officious member of staff was standing in the doorway saying the shop was closed. I asked her what time they closed and she confirmed it was 5.30pm. I had travelled over 15 miles in order to make the purchase to be refused entry by staff who presumably just wanted to go home. If the shop closes earlier, please publish this on the opening times on the door and ensure the staff know that the public can access the shop until that time. The worst customer service I have experienced since my last purchase at Anna Davies.
