Most uncomfortable not only did the staff follow us,when I made a purchase with a ten pound note the assistant made a deliberate point of checking the note with a pen. Not what she did but the WAY she did it that was so offensive. No other store on this pretty little row treated me or any other of our party in this way,quite the contrary, up until this stop we had been treated in a most friendly and welcoming manner but unfortunately this was our last stop after a lovely visit to the beautiful Bethws-y-Coed.

Staff constantly watch you. I work in retail, but their attitude is whey beyond acceptable.
