Edit: Twice now I've had an incredible burger, served by super friendly bar staff... Deserves another star. It's been a while since I've had something as simple as a cheeseburger taste this good
Lovely place for a drink, but felt the afternoon I was there, they were putting more effort into moving a large pot plant with a pump truck than the bar person serving a customer! Would it not be better to take orders at the table than order on your phone? By the time your order comes you have to order again.

I've always liked this pub but what an effort they've made to continue offering great service during this pandemic. Loads of sanitizing stations, marquee, paved beer garden and a grassed beer garden area. Really nice.
Great local pub with amazing food. The lasagna was one of the best in the UK. Place has also large selections of ale beer. Nice country side atmosphere ..
