Let me start off with :: the staff is very nice and pleasant. They were helpful even when I asked the manager to redo an area. Make appointments online, they do not answer the phone. Unfortunately, the end result is in the photos. I dropped off at 8a and was told about 2 hours and I would get a phone call... Well 4 hours later no phone so I rode up there, the car was in the back I guess drying out... The carpet and seats were very damp, could see where the vacuum cleaning was not as great as it should have been in my opinion. Also, my 4yo had spilled her hot chocolate in the cup holder and even after it was cleaned by them twice that was the end result. I do not recommend it for details. This place always has a line out the parking lot and after speaking to a few folks waiting, the Intel I gathered is that they clean the exterior very well... Not the insides. They have monthly plans that seem reasonable in price, I just don't use it due to it being the staff that cleans the interior and I cannot afford tips like that. I use my normal car wash a minimum of 4 times a week! Mine just do not offer detailing services
Nazir and the other gentleman did a fantastic job on my truck!! I have 3 teenagers and a very large dog who loves to shed. Thankfully, the team at White Horse got my car sparkling clean yet again. My car looks better than when I bought it!Services: Full body wash
I want to thank Jonathan the manager for being very professional and courteous. He was informative and helpful in all the services. I got both the exterior / interior cleaned and was most impressed with the outcome. The attention they gave my vehicle, the car looked better than showroom appearance. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service. I will continue to have both of my cars serviced here.Services: Full body wash
I paid today for a deep cleaning and got a terrible service. I asked to the guy to verify his cleaning and he was upset… I just left with a bad experience.
I’m not the kind of person who complains. If I took time to this, that means I felt not happy at all. But I had to write this review. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years for my car, my son’s, and my husband. I paid $39 for an interior/exterior. When they finished the work, I was in hurry so I did not check right away, I noticed later the interior was still dirty. I went back the next day, they were closed, I came back to talk to the manager, he told me, there’s nothing he can do for me, it’s been a couple of days since the car was cleaned, even though I told him, I came back the next day but they were closed. I guess the manager doesn’t care if he loses 1 client, I work in the retail, we always go above and beyond to please the client. But here they don’t care. There’s a new car wash that opened here in route 1, I’ll go there next time. Check the pictures below for yourself.Services: Full body wash
I have utilized this service in the past for full details and have never been disappointed that is what is keeping two stars. However, today I payed $69.00 for the “Meticulous” package which is supposed to give some extra attention on the interior. What a joke, I am extremely disappointed. They two young staff members may have been at the end of their day and the work shows. The back wasn’t even vacuumed even after having been instructed to open the rear if we wanted the back cleaned. The center counsel was sprayed and left with so much greasy liquid they didn’t even attempt to wipe it down. The question will be asked why wasn’t this addressed on site? I had just gotten a full detail and was happily in my car, this “meticulous service” was done in my girlfriends car and I didn’t think to look as I had never had issues before. There is a newer car wash that opened up a few blocks on that main road coming from Dumfries that we will try because the traffic you have to battler to get there and have this kind of service is truly disappointing….Services: Full body wash
Nasir and the staff at White Horse has ALWAYS gone above and beyond on all my vehicles over the years. Today Nazir did a full detail inside and out to protect the paint and leather on my truck. He made it look better than the dealership did when they handed the keys to me!!!Services: Auto detailing
EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES. One of the guys yelled at me and said it was company policy that I give tips directly to him. He asked me for a tip and he got mad when I told him my husband put the tip in the tips box. He then asked me how much my husband put in there. They also damaged my steering wheel. I paid to have a clean car, not to get yelled at over a tip that should be earned. I'm not tipping anyone if the damage my stuff or if they are rude.
