What lovely helpful staff. Took two elderly parents for a meal and the staff couldn't do enough! The food was lovely, freshly prepared and good value. The fish especially was beautifully cooked. Definitely would recommend.

The staff could not have been more accommodating, we were made to feel so very welcome. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. My room even had an iron and folding ironing board!! The food was delicious and beautifully presented but be advised the portions are very generous!! However, 'Doggie bags' are allowed!! And how often do you see a 'cheeseboard' on a menu these days.........Well done to the White Hart!! I can't wait to come and stay again.

Nice staff, great cider (and selection of real ales) and really good food. My wife split large burger with my son and I had my own! Probably the best burger I've eaten out in UK, lovely and the squid starter we shared was wonderful
