I saw Catherine I believe this morning for bloods and as someone who has been through chemo and lots of bloods over the years I told Catherine where the best place in my hand was and she listened and took my direction and as quick as you like it was done first time. This has been a traumatic thing for me over years where I’ve been pricked and poked by people who haven’t listened when I tell them they won’t get it out of my arm. Thank you Catherine for listening and making the experience very easy this morning and doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!
Don’t join this doctors. Never get an appointment some staff are rude and unsympathetic. I really needed help over the last year and been let down time and again by them. So disappointed
I have tried over 20 times to get an appointment . I now have breathing difficulties. Can’t even get through on the phone at 8 am. Never possible to book later. Always told to call again at 8 am next day. Completely futile practice demonstrating zero effectiveness , total incompetence and complete lack of care.
Times we have seen Drs they have been thorough, Nurses have always been lovely. Not always easy to get an appointment but, always directed elsewhere if urgent.nOverall please with the surgery.
Poor service. For some reason they don’t book appointments for the next day and always say call back next day morning at 8 am. When you phone at 8 am the phone doesn’t answer and patients will have to go to the surgery physically to get the appointment . Pathetic service
