Easy to get appointments, you just need to ring in the morning or use their online portal. Doctors are helpful, receptionists are good (despite the comments below) and surgery is well presented.

Reception staff inadequacy is well known - better quality of staff & training is needed. The practice can get overwhelmed by sheer weight of patient numbers.

The reception staff are so rude! Can never get an appointment recently, it was better when they first opened, seems they have taken to many patients on that they don't have time to see them all. Doctors are lovely if you can ever get an appointment to see them!

The doctors and nurses are great never had an issue. But the reception team are the rudest and most unhelpful group of people I have ever came across. I have tried to move surgeries purely because of the treatment and behaviour of the reception team. In particular, Adrienne, whilst seeing to my queiry at the desk, mocked a patient who was quite clearly suffering from mental health issues to her colleague. This receptionist actually stopped dealing with my request to make inappropriate comments and to laugh at a patient. It disgusted me, especially from members of staff in the health care profession. If I could change I would!!!!

Shockingly rude, the reception staff are always on the defensive and seem to be looking for a fight more than trying to help you out. The doctors are good though, just a shame you have to go through such rude people to get to them.
