I just got hung up on by an rude member of admin staff. I’m shocked. I understand that admin staff have a high number of cases to deal with but I would not expect to be treated so unprofessionally by a member of staff. She misheard me and I tried to apologise for the misunderstanding then she hung up! I’m really upset and ended the call very worried.
This is an excellent practise,all staff go out of their way to be helpful.l should like to mention the chemist,situated within the surgery,they took,are part of the unsung heroes,working hard to for fill prescriptions and offer advice.Well done to all,you are great.
Recently moved to the area and registered to this surgery. From registration to speaking on the phone to the receptionist, I thought I’d accidentally signed up to a private doctors surgery! lol they were so professional I couldn’t believe it. So far they’ve been great and seem to genuinely want to help.
An exceptional surgery! The doctors, nurses, receptionists and admin staff truly go above and beyond. The online system is brilliant for prescription ordering. Very professionally run
Very grateful to be given a face to face appointment on the day I phoned. My own GP was on leave, so I saw Dr Barnet, who very kindly made time for me in her busy schedule.She wasvery helpful and understanding as well as thorough and I felt well cared for and very appreciative of her attention and advice. she also found the time to write a medical note for me, at my request, which was ready for collection that day. Very impressive service.Many thanks
