I telephoned the Tunbridge Wells store late afternoon on 23rd December to see whether they had a parka in my size. They did. The lovely, cheerful and courteous staff member said she would pack it straight away to send to my home 50 miles away and that she was hopeful I would receive it the next day - Christmas Eve. I did and and it was left in the exact safe place I had requested. The Willow Waxy Parka is a great design and stylish, but I like it even more because of the exceptional service and warmth shown to me during a very busy holiday. A class act.
