Visited with my Partner for a quick meal, we sat down and looked at the specials menus which were located on every table, having chose an item off this menu we went to the bar to place the order - to be told it was sold out but we could have it at full price anyhow. Due to the specials menus been left out, it would have been nice to honour the prices. Other than that, the food we ordered arrived quickly and tasted as expected - no complaints. The staff were also kind enough to provide my partner with a takeout box for the left overs from his meal.
Went with my partner. They were advertising specials but when asked for them they stated they didn't have any left however we could pay full price if we still wanted the dish. Other than that it was a great visit I had the Christmas chicken, stuffing, bacon and brie pizza and my partner had the katsu curry. Food was great the manager was really friendly and gave me a box to take my pizza home in because I couldn't eat it all. I will probably return.

Really nice place, poor sizes on food .presentation was poor . Burger looked lost on the plate. Was like a childrens portion, with a few soggy chips. Also, staff behind the bar could do with being more welcoming. Never cracked a smile the whole time she served people. Looked like she didn't want to be there. I know we all have bad days. But in that hospitality, you have to make feel good and happy . Great and speak to people . Hope she's OK x
Poor choice of ales. Ordered 2 standard fish and chips, dread to think what the small looks like! The fish was also very tough. It is not the first time I have been disappointed at this venue but it will be the last as I will not be back.
Stayed in richmond for weekend, called in friday evening for drinks, service was good & drinks came via app reasonably quick, wasnt overly busy, had pizza there aswell before leaving, called saturday but was buisier, service was slow & seemed to be understaffed, ordered few drinks via app but still waiting 15 mins later so went to bar & got drinks, just got sat down & then the drinks arrived, would def go back but would avoid using app
When busy there never seems to be enough servers. Saying that I love it here, always good food for price, great coffee, fantastic breakies, and generally a vibrant, cost effective place to be!
Pleasant enough large Wetherspoons pub, housed in a former town centre post office. Spacious and comfortable, friendly staff and good food at great prices definitely make this place a winner if you just want basic British food and value drinks. One of the better Wetherspoons.
Came here for hangover recovery also known as a cooked breakfast. I hadn't been to this area before - the most beautiful little town of Richmond thats currently celebrating its 951st year. This venue was spacious and wasnt too busy. The staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly after ordering, the standard was as expected and it did the job! Would definitely come back here.
Had a lovely large mixed grill for £12.75 Inc a pint. £1.99 for a pint too. You just can't knock Wetherspoon pubs. Unless you are one who wants the fanciest interior decor in a pub, they can't be beaten. App is so simple to use too and pub is just on edge of the main Richmond square. Thumbs up all round.
