Would just love to know why all of the toilets were closed off when she was on cleaning ONE? There was hundreds of people and she closed all of the female toilets? Then the cleaner proceeded to shout at us when we tried to go in? Then she told us to go to the disabled (which she had locked) and told us ‘tough’ after we couldn’t go. So two young girls ended up having to use the men’s when the girls were perfectly fine? All in all ruined a good day due to the attitude of the staff 👎🏻

Despite these negative reviews, I went there and thoroughly enjoyed it, there are many good slides, the staff are friendly and calmly helped an issue with some teenage boys messing around on Calamity Canyon, and the issue was resolved very quickly. 
The building itself was run down, however it did not smell of urine like it said in other reviews. The water in parts were cold. 
We paid for 3 of us to visit, and bought a locker; and the price was £36 for the whole day, which is reasonably priced compared to other water parks.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience and will be visiting again.

Amazing place! Booked online and didn't print off voucher, no issue as reception had our details. No waiting to get in. Kids had an amazing time, and me. Over 3 hours flew in and we could of stayed longer. Yes it needs some tlc in places but this didn't affect our day. Kids are already planning our next visit!

Absolutely stinking. Walked in cost a small fortune, changing rooms are minging we spent about 10 mins in the pool and had seen enough so went and got changed and went to the local swimming pool 10 mins drive away. Much cleaner. On the plus side it wasn't very busy but that's hardly surprising with the state of the place, I definitely wouldn't go back purely due to the hygiene side of things. I'm surprised it's still open as I wouldn't imagine they get many returning customers.

Kids loved it kept them entertained for a good couple of hours staff pleaseant  aswell  but  the place definitely needs some refurb because it's looking a bit worn but overall a canny day out.
