I had my first treatment today after changing from my previous dentist.  I received a professional service, I was treated with respect and felt valued as a patient.  I am delighted with work carried out, and the result.  Prior to registering with this practice, I felt I was being ignored because I was no longer young, and my appearance was unimportant. After joining this practice, I feel I have been treated with encouragement and was advised of things I could have dome to enhance the look of my teeth.  I would recommend joining this practice.

Only been here 2 months, phoned up the other day there to make an emergency appointment for an abscess. On the phone the receptionist was rude, said I had booked an appointment last month and didn't show up which is not true as I hadn't booked an appointment and I explained this to them. So when I went for my appointment I was told to wait in the reception. When I got called I went through and they said 'you cancelled last months appointment and the receptionist hasn't booked enough time in for you, your gonna need to come back next week' I obviously said I hadn't booked an appointment last month and it isn't my responsibility to correctly book the allocated amount of time its the receptionists job to do that and said if the receptionist hadn't booked enough time they had days to call me and tell me instead of me travelling an hour on the bus and coming in when they know I'm in pain and not going to treat me'. & if that wasn't bad enough they attempted to charge me money for missing an appointment last month that I hadn't even booked. Find it disgraceful that they can spitefully make me an appointment knowing I'm not going to get seen to and make me travel all the way there knowing I'm in pain and there not even going to treat me and have the cheek to ask for money! Wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy!!!!

Great dentist I have been going here for around 2 years.prompt with appointments and very pleasant.I have had filling and one tooth pulled .Each time has been a pleasant experience.Thanks

I work at Sighthill so decided to change dentists so I could go on my lunch breaks.  I have always been treated very nicely, get taken on time every time and the dentist is really nice.  One of the best dentists I have been to in a very long time actually.  Instead of pulling a tooth he will try his hardest to save it too, which is quite rare in some of my previous dentists.  I trust his judgement and think it's a great dentist and would recommend it to anybody who works or lives in this area
