My dentist over the past 7 or so years. On more than one occasion I have suffered pain well beyond what can be reasonably expected under a dentists duty of care to a patient. This time it has been 4 weeks and he has still not got to the root of the problem, pardon the pun. I've been on various pain killers, now on prescription medication from the doctor maxing out the dosages. Been 3 times over past 4 weeks and still no end to the pain in sight. He has now made an appointment 2 weeks away, the 4th one, which would rack this up to 6 weeks. I will be attending an emergency clinic in the morning. Needless to say he doesnt seem to know what he is doing. Good job I dont have a job, otherwise I would have been off sick for months over this tooth. He said it was complicated to diagnose and was a process of elimination. If 4 weeks, 3 appointments and alot of pain later you still havent identified the problem then clearly somethings wrong. As I say I have made an appointment with the emergency clinic now before I turn in to an opiate addict trying to cope with the pain. In addition to this the customer service with the dentist I have been assigned has also been of a very low standard recently although started of friendly. He seems a pretty unbalanced guy at times. This seems to be a common trait of staff working under the NHS at the moment; sorry they cut your funding but at the end of the day it aint your clients fault. I get that he may want to save the teeth but to what cost to the client and what use is it if you suffer for weeks even months on end.

My appointment was to 8:30am, thus the first off the day for the doctor but IT system was offline therefore I waited to it to get online to have then saying that they will not want to honour my appointment even if computers come back online. I asked why and the reply is that was people on front of me.... What!!! I was the first patient to the doctor this morning, thus how they can say such a thing!!! Despite my insistence to wait for the computers to come back online and be the first then to be attended they kept refusing saying that I needed to book for another day. This unacceptable and demonstrates total disrespect to the customer. The problem is not failing is how you deal with the failure...

Cant fault Miguel. I need quite alot of work and he has kept me updated, makes sure i know what treatments il be getting, im really nervous at the dentist,so he checks im ok during the treatment and afterwards. Five🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me
