This dentist completely lacked empathy (made fun of my fear, presumably in a mis-guided attempt to make me feel better) and I did not feel I could trust him. Before he even looked in my mouth he asked me what I did for a living and then decided what monthly plan he would sell me. He really went for the hard sell. He constantly clock-watched and sighed after every question I asked but told me that if I saw him as a private patient he would be able to spend all the time I needed. Somehow I don't think parting with more cash would make him a nicer person. After the examination he wouldn't be pinned down about what work I needed done, and I got the impression that this would only be decided once he was sure I would sign up to his monthly plan. I'm afraid I believe that the work required should be driven by clinical need and NOT by what the plan may or may not cover/garner him in terms of income. When pushed he mumbled about a root canal and said a large white filling would need to be replaced to deal with a spot of discolouration. I walked away and what a good decision that was. Turned out my new private dentist - monthly plan almost half the price this place quoted me AND includes checkups and cleans - did one tiny filling and the discoloured spot polished right off with a light cleaning. I definitely would not recommend this dentist.

From the phone call to the consultation everything was handled professionally I have panic attacks really bad ones but the lovely receptionist told my husband to come up to the consultation with me which really helped a lot the dental nurse was lovely and I must say the dentist was superb it was all done at your pace I go back in two weeks for scale and polish first time in 5 years disgusting I know but am aiming for a beautiful smile at the end of all my treatment.😁😁😁

Would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone     🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟  for this dentist
