The quality of care offered by Dawn, Hetta and the team at this dental practice is excellent. I feel absolutely confident in the recommended treatments and procedures, and every effort is made to put the patient at their ease. Reception staff are friendly and professional. Alison the hygienist also first class. Highly recommend!

I no longer fear my dental appointments. I, like so many people, had horrendous childhood experiences as a child at the dentist which left me with a genuine fear of the entire experience. It is purely through the patience and professionalism of Dawn and her team, especially Heta, that this is no longer the case. I could not tolerate the suction equipment and would have to complete all my check ups and any fillings without it. However, after many years of trust building, I have on my past 2 visits been able to toerate the suction equipment being used - when I asked them to stop they did and never once made it feel as if I was being difficult, immature or a problem patient. From receiving my reminder message, to calling the team to arrange my appointment and then walking in the door it is easy and friendly. Always a smile to greet me and a clean, calm waiting area help prevent me from running away. Then topped off with the professionalism of Dawn and Heta during every consultation I genuinely cannot praise the team at Slateford Dental Care enough

I was recommended by a friend to Slatford Dental Care when I had to have one of my prominent teeth removed, I'm quite uncomfortable going to the dentist and not a very good patient however the huge gap in my mouth was extremely unsightly. I made an appointment to go and see Robert King, at my first visit Robert and his assistant Martine Milne were fantastic, Robert told me about the different options I could have and explained the different procedures, he suggested I go away and think about it. I opted for a implant, I was sent all the relevant information about the procedure and my appointment was made. My second visit was to insert the small metal screw to hold my new tooth, as you can imagine I was extremely apprehensive but Robert and Martine went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed, I left the surgery with nothing more than a slightly sore jaw where my gum had been stitched, by the time I had had my third visit I was totally relaxed and found the procedure extremely easy, my fourth visit was to take a moulding of my mouth and to match the colour for my new tooth, my fifth and final visit I had my new tooth fitted I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made choosing Robert King and his team. I would thoroughly recommend him and the Staleford Dental Practice

Well an other excellent experience at slateford Dental care. I phoned today and got an appointment. Kelda Richardson absolutely amazing sorted my crown. And Kelda your dental nurse really friendly. And.Happy smiles when you walk in the reception. Thanks again Kelda. Happy white teeth. See you in six months.
