All of our Hackney Carriage licensed vehicles are company owned and maintained by us to manufacturer's recommendation for maximum safety and reliability.We specialise in providing transport for customers using wheelchairs or mobility scooters, our trained drivers are able to safely transport you in our fully equipped vehicles for any journeys local or long distance.All our drivers wear a shirt and trouser uniform, the only taxi company in the Clacton-on-sea area to have this policy. Taxi service is good but one of the receptionists is awful. One of the taxi drivers friendly guy must have accidentally shortchanged us, so when I rang their office to try and rectify it the woman was absolutely useless. I was on duty at the time of the incident as a support worker and taking the person I support to an appointment, and because it's her money I'm in charge of I needed to rectify it immediately. The receptionist told me she didn't even know the taxis driver's surname or taxi number, and proceeded to hang up on me.

Booked over a year ago to be picked up on the 1/4/22 from my Daughter's wedding, received a call to confirm the booking 2 weeks before then a couple of days before Driver turned up on time was kind and respectful very good service
