We come to Clacton about 4-5 times a year and have never used this cab company before would seriously never use anyone else after our last visit. Pre-ordered cabs throughout our weeks stay and they were always on on time and the cab drivers were just an absolute pleasure to chat to we had about 5 different drivers and everyone one of them were so friendly. Will definitely be a returning customer when we come back on holiday!!
Have used AJs a few times and have always been spot on. Good time keeping when ordering a ride. Friendly and chatty drivers, and you get sent a txt with details of drivers vehicle which is quite good. Would recommend And the price is fair
Absolutely fantastic service. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and nice. He told me that it would be about 20mins and I said that's fine, I'll continue to stand on the street. He asked if I was stood in the street and when I confirmed that, he said he be there in 5 as he didn't want me stood by myself at that time of morning. Very helpful, very friendly service.
I would not use this taxi company the lady on the phone today was rude and blamed us for it being late when all we done was order a taxi in advance and when it didn’t turn up we called up and she was very very rude and then proceeded to keep hanging up the phone this company is the worst taxi company about and will be putting up a bad review every chance I get due to now my son carnt have his doctor appointment due to him being late so now I have a sick son that has to wait untill tomorrow witch is a joke so thank you AJ TAXIE WHAT A USELESS COMPANY
Excellent service when came back from physio appointment. On crutches driver helped me in and out of car, opened doors. Text was also sent to phone to know where he would be waiting.
Adam ,Cab 7 is the best driver will ever exist. He is so friendly , passionate about his job , funny and polite , looks after his customers . He always lifts up my mood being happy and optimistic all the time . He is an inspiration to all of us . He truly deserves all the recognition and all the good things coming his way . Adam cab 7 is honest the most welcoming and polite person and looks after his customers he's the the only person that I will let me take straight to places and not drop me of random places and he's the only person that I feel very safe in his cab I couldn't ask for a better person that I could call up and get a lift whenever I need a lift he's always right there best taxi person ever please make sure he gets this he deserves everything his way xxx

The best cab company we've ever used in Clacton! We used them every time for our 10 day holiday this summer. Often able to provide us a cab even when other firms had 1.5+ hour waits or didn't answer. Friendly drivers every time. Thanks!
