**DO NO USE** if I could rate lower I would Cab was over 20 minutes late on a Thursday when we had booked over two hours in advance. Had to pay up front without warning, asked for the metre to be left on for reference *after paying* and did not comply No transparency, no communication, Would not recommend.

Used to be the best taxi service in Clacton and have now gone on to be one of the worst, no one seems to answer the phone when I call and at times when I've gone down to get a taxi from the office there's usually 3 or 4 drivers stood outside smoking with the lady that's supposed to be on the phones.
when ever im in Clacton i use swans they are mostly great service but i can under stand the odd delay when they are busy drivers are friendly &charge the going rate for fares
DO NOT USE Dreadful service, waited over 2 hours on a Thursday for cab to be delayed only to be told that it was to pay up front far more than any cab fare to Colchester should be Rude driver and terrible service will never be using this company again
Twice now used them. First time for my youngest daughter. Booked day before. Didn't even turn up. She was late for work in town. Second time was booked for 08.30 to take oldest a work for 9. After 3 phone calls ended up arriving 08.45 gone.
The worst taxi company around never on time try and over charge in the day for a night rate DO NOT USE!!!!!!
I booked several vehicles on for Saturday 5th of March for guests attending my daughters wedding. Even though I made several changes and requested extra cars at short notice, the company were accommodating, the drivers helpful and reasonably priced. Well done all and thank you
Booked a cab for 10.30, apparently left and it was 10.28, no call, no waiting.contriller blamed them being busy. Have used many times in the past a d spent a lot of money with Swans won't be again.
