I used this company since 2014/15, I used to use it 1- 2 times a day. everyone is good except few drivers. I've known this company's owner for a long time. Last few weeks I find a big changes, drivers are not very helpful like before. I can mention 2 drivers one Black jaguar and a Toyota verso silver (mpv). Jaguar driver smokes in the taxi badly "smell" inside the taxi.. Toyota driver looks tired and sleepy whilst he is driving and if you ask him a question, He speak nonsense like fool . When he dropped me off he tried to give me his mobile number to call his directly but I felt unsafe, that's why i didn't take his mobile number. If, company won't change those drivers, your company will lose lots of customer like me. SORRY I'm not using this firm ever again; Unless they change it up a bit.
