Westlands is definitely not a doctors that I would recommend. I don't come to the doctors often but I've been twice this year for emergency appointments. Firstly when you call you don't get put into a queue like most doctors you have to keep calling and hope to catch a gap. once you get through they don't give you a appointment time just a generic 9am time, if you are one minute late you put to the back. But even of you do get here on time you end up waiting for ages! last appointment I was waiting 40 minutes and this time I have been waiting 50 minutes and still haven't been called in. I pay my national insurance and don't take advantage of the system but if I have to go two times in a year I don't expect to be given a time and then have to wait almost an hour to be seen, I have to fit this around work like most people....

Long wait times for appointments. But worth it for my Dr. After many years of being passed from pillar to post, i have found a great GP who really cares and will go out of her way to solve a problem.
