A large shopping center. Upon exiting the underground parking lot, you're in for a shock. The center isn't fenced, but rather covered. There are shops, and you're wearing a jacket because it's cold. Unfortunately, it's an open space. It's nicely decorated for the holidays, and the road to the parking lot is marked with a paid zone C plus a green Zone sign. I also had to pay, even though my car has a fuel-efficient fuel tank, and I had to pay for it myself. Oxford is becoming like London, with tolls everywhere, and sightseeing isn't as fun as it used to be. Paid parking is quite expensive, and you pay for a space when you leave the center. The downside is the distance to the restrooms at the far end of the center. With small children, running to the crowded restrooms is quite a challenge. For such a large center, hygiene is poor. My stay was pleasant, aside from the fact that I had to pay for paid zone C. I didn't know about it beforehand, but luckily it wasn't a lot of money.
Incredible shopping centre, in the historical city of Oxford. It has all the shop's you are looking for essentials, cafe's, clothes shop including Primark, and bar's. Ideal for members of the public, too visit if you like your museums, art galleries, cinema and theatre.
The place is beautiful, well organised, and definitely worth visiting. There are many shops and restaurants, and the rooftop seating areas are lovely. The city overall is very nice and truly worth a visit.
I loved this shopping centre. It’s clean and very well maintained. When you’re here, it feels like you’re outside, even though it’s all under cover.nnThe rooftop terrace offers a great variety of food and drinks, along with a fantastic view of Oxford.nnThe ground floor also has a food court, but it doesn’t offer much variety.nnThere’s a great mix of shops, ranging from mid- to high-end.
A fantastic place to spend the day, all the shopping that you need from value retail to high end consumer shops.nThen when you are shopped out, you can relax in one of the many restaurants or bars on the top floor.nIf you use the park and ride service to get you into the city centre it makes it a pleasure and great value for money.
