The shopping centre is accessed from levels 3 and 5. The payment machine asks for your vehicle registration number and shows the photo of your vehicle at the barrier to confirm it is your vehicle. The parking fees are reasonable. The car park is clean and well lit. There aren't enough 'EXIT' signs. Take care when driving up and down the levels as the driveways are narrow with sharp bends!
It was a great experience; there were a lot of parking spaces, and there was a very polite and helpful gentleman working there who could assist with information or take card payments directly to the customer service kiosk inside the parking.
Not so good today nThe car would be great if only the lights on the parking bays actually worked.nThere were plenty of green lights showing but each space had a vehicle in it.nSo get that right and it would make parking a far enjoyable experience.
Expensive in comparison to other carparks outside of London but expected the massive price hike due to location
Once again the smart parking not working had to wait 14 mins for them to answer no one's working told me to delete app and reinstall !!!!!!! Very rude u helpful
