24hr price is pretty good, when there’s no event.nSome of the best customer service I’ve ever received from any company ever, both in person at the car park yes they actually have someone there to help and through email. Both guys I spoke to at the car park were lovely.nnThey had an opportunity to milk me of an extra hour or two but said just leave it.

Bargain by London standards, it's the same price if you book in advance or pay on the day. Note that the tariff is different on event days so watch out for that. Easy to navigate and find a space on my visit. A few mins walk to the Westfield shopping centre, even less to the international train station. I would have liked the pay machine to have displayed acknowledgement that the fare had been paid. I paid the day before online but the pay machine still displayed a fare to pay. There isn't a barrier so you can just drive out... Hoping they don't erroneously send a fine out!

This car park is an excellent find as a visitor to London.nnPlenty of space and conveniently located right next to the Westfield shopping centre and Stratford International station.nnI use it for parking when attending the Copperbox Arena and the Westfield. At £8.30 a day on non West Ham match days it's a no brainer. Goes up to £25 on match days like the Westfield, but still managed to get parked without issue.nnWould get 5 stars if the stairwells didn't smell of stale urine and only partially effective disinfectant!nnThis seems to go with the territory for music storey car parks though unfortunately.

This is a great place to park if you're coming into London from East Anglia - very well connected on the underground and pretty reasonably priced as well.nnLifts to each floor at one end of the building, well lit and feels pretty safe even at night.

Something has happened with the pre paid/account parking. Now you have to pay at the machine rather than just driving out. I wonder what the parking charge was on the Black Mercedes S Class that was abandoned in the John Lewis/Marks and Spencer's car park was?? It was there for a good while but was gone last time we visited.
