DO NOT PARK HEREnOur car was broken into but luckily due to the ghost key technology it can't be stolen. We were told by the assistant that there were no cameras here and 5 cars were stolen over the weekend.

Easy to find, easy to use, good access to transport links - London wide and Eurostar. Also, for local Stratford attractions...nBUT - be wary, if there is an event at the London Stadium as there was on our visit there is a blanket charge of £19 irrespective of whether you are parking there for it we weren't, even though we checked the website and were stung - expecting the £8 for 24 hours.nNot a pleasant surprise.

AVOID THIS CAR PARK!!!nnI had a four day stay which was pleasant for the most part until I had to deal with a rude parking officer on 27/04/2024 at 12:35pm.nnI was told by two of his colleagues explicitly that I could pay the normal day rate £8 instead of the £19 event day rate as I parked the night before the event day 26/04/2024 at 11:53PM.nnThe rude parking officer was not willing to hear what his colleagues had told me and when I tried explaining, he shut his office window midway through the conversation.nnNCP should be ashamed that they hire these calibre of individuals, who have poor communication skills and mannerisms.

My husband and I park here regularly when making trips into London. The carpark provides easy access to the underground via the mall. Simply enter the mall via the escalators just passed the Stratford International Railway Station and turn to the right. You'll need to go down one floor and go all the way to the end of the building. There are signs for the underground along the way. As for the car park, I've never had any issues there and the cost is reasonable for the day generally about 9 pounds. We've even left our vehicle here for multiple days while traveling to Europe via train.

Do not park here! Our car was stolen from this car park. We were told they couldn’t provide us with any CCTV, it’s not a safe place to leave your car. They won’t even refund our parking charge. AVOID
