Decent station , parking available so you park and take the train to central London
Very rude staff, unhelpful, and overall very bad. It was thursday 12 september 2024 @ 3.30 pm. We were running to our eastbound cockfosters train and we missed it. We wanted to know when the next train because it wasnt’t on the display board, so we called the station worker from the help point. For context: we paid our fare and always have. We’ve never double gated before, and never will. When we nicely asked the lady about the train times, she started yelling at us that she was going to record the whole conversation and report it to authorities when we did nothing wrong. She claimed that we were double gating and being a public nuisance. We tried to ask for the train times again and she refused to tell us anything, and we quote, “I will not be giving any information about the train times. If you’re late to go home, that’s your fault for not paying your fare”.
Decent location to park cheaply and get the tube into central London, never too busy and always get a space, cheap overnight parking
The barriers don't register your oyster that well, so you can get charged for not touching your oyster when you did. This happen 3 times to me. Not pleased
Secure cheap parking for the weekend. Never had any issues with car safety. There are always plenty of spaces, too. Easy access to central London.
