There is a tiny unnoticeable sign on the car park entry that the car park shuts at 9pm and cars left overnight are subject to fine . However this KEY information is not visible ANYWHERE else in the car park despite there being many information boards around the car park detailing how to pay. Due to me not being aware of the closing time, my car got locked in and I had no choice but to leave it overnight and had to stay in a hotel and come back in the morning. I am going to make a complaint as this is UNFAIR. Such important information should be HIGHLIGHTED on ALL information boards in the car park!!! Instead the boards only say that chargeable hours are from 7am to 8.30pm . Which is VERY MISLEADING !!
Absolute riff off £3.30 per hour and £11.30 per hours if you park more than 4 hours and it’s not secured just an open parking, they are making money with just an ANPR camera , but you have no choice
Extortionate priced parking space. The price increases every year. Now it is completely unaffordable: if you want to spend half a day at the park, it will set you off more than 40£ yes, you read correctly, forty pounds for five hours. This also because the prices are visible only after you entered the parking. Avoid, park somewhere else and walk to the park.
Invest on some lighting before you increase prices each year!!!Parking conditions are terrible for such an expensive car park, I ended up paying 40£ for couple of hours parking there since I was in a&e with my unwell child. Returned at the car park 8 pm and it was just pitch black, no light no nothing, it felt scary.
