A couple of weeks ago, I Arrived at a private appointment , sat waiting for 30 minutes passed my appointment time only when I went up to the reception desk and asked what the delay was, was I informed my dentist wasn’t even in the building yet! Just arrived for the above appointment again, to be told the dentist was on annual leave. Absolutely disgusted at this service, no one persons time is any less important then the others. Absolutely fuming. I will keep my nhs appointment and go elsewhere for all my private appointments. Regards mrs thorneycroft
If there were an option of less than 1 star, I would have chosen that for this clinic's poor customer service! It's soooo difficult to get any appointment here plus they do not pre-book you, though this is mentioned on their website!
I recently arrived early for an appointment, so parked and waited in the car park rather than enter the building. It was not unti I got out of the car ten minutes later that I read the parking signs and realised that the carpark was for the gym ONLY. I reparked in the shopping centre and walked back. However, the stay has now just cost me £60.00 in a parking fine. Be warned...
Was okay when we went there
This review is for the dentist Well, what can I say other than fab service and really friendly staff. I’ve had a couple of emergency requests for help and they have been there to help Today I had to have a tooth out and really, I was not looking forward to this, really not, but they were reassuring and it was done very quickly and easier than I was expecting. Many thanks
I've had good experiences but when listening to the voicemail service I can't hear anything . It sounds like there's something covering the phone and so have no idea what the message service says
I have a problem long time with my one leg nail and I need normal treatment but I didn’t get it because nurse didn’t saw my problem.
If you can't get information at the reception don't expect too much.... Useless staff
